My transaction started at the Strongsville location where I ended up purchasing a 2015 Chevy Sonic to replace my 2013 Chevy Sonic that was unfortunately totaled due to an error on the other party’s judgment. We quickly came to an agreement on terms and I had myself a brand new Sonic. I noticed that one of the side panels seemed to have an imperfection in it as I was about to drive off but thought maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me. One of the salesmen could not see it so I drove for home in my new car. After getting home and studying my car thoroughly, I came to realize it was actually a slight dent and wave in the one door panel. After a business trip, I took the car back up to Strongsville and met Bob Serpentini who looked at my car with me and sees the dent in my new car. He knows that I work right across from the Orrville location and makes a call to have my car looked at the next day in Orrville for my convenience. I take my car to Orrville the next day and worked with Tonya to have my panel repaired. Not only did they repair what I saw, but the technician saw another very small ding and fixed it while he was working on my car. Tonya also went above and beyond expectations when she had the body shop go to great lengths to fix a deep scratch on the back trunk lid. All of this was performed in one day and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Bob talked to me about how important his customers are to him and it shows throughout his organization. This is the second car I bought from Serpentini and I will not hesitate to buy future cars from this dealership as well as have my cars serviced at their great service center. My day in Orrville it started with us coming in for service in our 2013 Chevy Cruze. A Salesman by the name of Craig Bohl Jr came out to help us in our search. We ended up being able to get into a brand new Silverado crew cab! It was a gorgeous truck and with the service plan and 2 year warranty provided awesome space and for us to live off the beaten path it really helps having a truck for its off road and rugged capabilities. it was a better fit than we ever imagined we would have ended up getting into that day. thanks again to Craig and everyone there at the dealership Serpentini is definitely a recommendation of hours for doing an amazing job we even come back for the free car washes can you believe that? I do no have amazing credit either, so I was finding myself thinking of "settling' soft a car that fits my budget rather than a car that I love. Now for the good news--Matt and Serpentini Chevrolet defied my previous experience. My husband and I had time to peruse through the lot before we were approached by Matt. I had done some internet research, so I knew the cars on the lot that I was interested in. I was never hassled to try other cars, but Matt offered suggestions based on what I liked and disliked about the cars test-drove, listened and made helpful suggestions, but we did not find what I was looking for. He was not pushy when I did not like a car did not try and force me into a test drive. We were ready to leave and he decided to check through inventory one last time when he found my DREAM CAR. We were able to get payments that fit into our budget and Matt made that process less stressful. Also the extended "gold" warranty helped ease my mind and feel that my purchase is protected to the best of my ability. More

Awesome service with a pleasing atmosphere It's been 11 years since my wife and I have had to play the "lets buy a car" game. The last time we purchased a car we spent almost a whole day negot It's been 11 years since my wife and I have had to play the "lets buy a car" game. The last time we purchased a car we spent almost a whole day negotiating and painstakingly going through the ever so familiar "let me see what I can do" and the salesperson disappears into that back office. Well at Serpentini of Orrville this wasn't the case. Our salesperson Zach Bauer was great. Friendly, took the time to discuss what we wanted and most importantly no pressure. Within a couple of hours we found the car we wanted, discussed the numbers, which by the way there was full disclosure of the numbers, and drove away. They have a state of the art new facility with a large selection of vehicles. I do recommend Serpentini of Orrville and will likely be shopping there again when it comes time to retire our Accord with 250K miles. More

My experience was good enough though that I felt I had to leave a review. Floyd Stanard managed to simultaneously balance the professional and personal. He did not pressure me to buy the vehicle I was looking at and allowed me to take it down the road to a mechanic with no questions asked. When it became clear that we were too far apart in price negotiations, he was honest with me and allowed the conversation to proceed without high-pressure tactics. Stephen Fusco was also very personable and I left feeling like these guys cared about me personally rather than just my checkbook. Throughout my afternoon at the dealership, other employees also stopped over to say hi and ask how things were going. I would recommend Serpentini Chevrolet and would consider it for a vehicle purchase in the future. More
