We spent two weeks looking at Civics, I just purchased a 2008 Scion TC for my daughter at Serpentini Chevy in Orville, OH today, December 20th, 2014.. We spent two weeks looking at Civics, Camrys, Accords and CRV's all over the Cleveland/Akron area with some mostly good experiences. Upon visiting Serpentini Chevrolet two times after a day of listening to enough sales pitch's to last a decade, I was so relieved to work with a sales force that were actually pleasant, informative, responsive and especially NOT forceful. Zach and Matt were both very helpful in providing the CarFax info and explaining every detail of the car's history. General Manager Jason Anderson was very personal as well. I would recommend everyone to visit Serpentini Chevrolet in Orville if you're looking for a new or used aoutmobile. The will treat you right.
