First and foremost, thank you for your business. We truly appreciate it!! According to our records you purchased a 2005 Impala in August of 2012 with 53813 miles on it, and did not return with your vehicle concerns until 6-16-2014 with 72698 on the odometer. This is a 9 year old vehicle, and it is entirely reasonable for repairs to be necessary on a 9 year old vehicle. With that said we serviced it before we sold it as well. AGAIN, 2 years passed and There was nearly 20,000 miles put on the vehicle from the time you purchased it, to the time of your first visit here with concerns. Unfortunately, all cars need repairs at some time or another. Since you didn't have any scheduled maintenance done at our facility we have no way of verifying how long you may have had problems going on. You drove this car for 2 years and put almost 20,000 miles on it before there were any concerns reported to us. We stand by our original statement that it is and was a solid car. Even solid cars can start to have mechanical issues after 9 years, and if those issues are not addressed properly they can (and often do) cause more issues. We're sorry that you feel disappointed in the service you received, but we have no indication that this was an issue at the time of purchase, nor was it caused by any negligence on our part. If you decide to go ahead with any repairs we will be happy to help you out and do it for OUR COST and make sure it's fixed properly. Thank you.
