I went to Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville looking at a couple specific Chevy Cruze's. I was sort of dreading the experience but Eric Johnson made it as great as it could possibly be and made me feel really comfortable and seemed to really care about us specifically and try to help as much as possible. I bought a different Cruze than I was originally looking at but something that was more in my budget and that I also liked alot. They were definitely a pleasure to deal with, especially Eric Johnson himself and I would highly recommend this dealership and Eric Johnson to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you so much. More
