My credit is not the greatest and when I when to Serpentini I was not expecting very much. However, my experience there was awesome! They were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the Serpentini I was not expecting very much. However, my experience there was awesome! They were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. They were able to get me into a brand new car and never made me feel like I was just another number. I went to Serpentini all the way from Cincinnati and did business with Eric Johnson who is by far the most friendly and easy going salesperson I have ever met. I did not take me more than 1 hour to make my business with Eric Johnson who is by far the most friendly and easy going salesperson I have ever met. I did not take me more than 1 hour to make my purchase, I was greeted well by every one at the dealership. It was a hassle free purchase as promised to me by Eric. In other words, they know how to make their customers happy. I definitely recommend this Serpentini dealership for anyone considering to make a vehicle purchase. They got a great team. After months of internet search, I finally found that one Explorer I was looking for. I drove over 70 miles one way to see that vehicle, and was so completely satisfied that I bought it. WOW... What an experience. I filled out an online credit app. I was called shortly after by Zach. We talked for a few then I agread to meet with him the next day after I got off work. I did go out the next app. I was called shortly after by Zach. We talked for a few then I agread to meet with him the next day after I got off work. I did go out the next day. I met Zach for the first time. I told him who I was and we started talking about what I was looking for. He treated me like a person not like a number. I had been to a few different dealership's in a couple weeks prior to this and got treated like a number and since I didn't have perfect credit, they didn't want to do anything for me. Zach sat down with me and we went over different options. Zach was very professional and friendly. Zach and the finance department did everything they could to get me into a different vehicle than I was driving. Zach was awesome. The dealership was suppose to close at 6pm that Friday but Zach stayed and worked with me. I can honestly say at 730 pm when I left, I left with a new car. I appreciate everthing the folks at Serpentini did for me and now they have a customer for life. Thanks again. I would recommand Serpentini to everyone looking for a new vehicle.
