WOW... What an experience. I filled out an online credit app. I was called shortly after by Zach. We talked for a few then I agread to meet with him the next day after I got off work. I did go out the next app. I was called shortly after by Zach. We talked for a few then I agread to meet with him the next day after I got off work. I did go out the next day. I met Zach for the first time. I told him who I was and we started talking about what I was looking for. He treated me like a person not like a number. I had been to a few different dealership's in a couple weeks prior to this and got treated like a number and since I didn't have perfect credit, they didn't want to do anything for me. Zach sat down with me and we went over different options. Zach was very professional and friendly. Zach and the finance department did everything they could to get me into a different vehicle than I was driving. Zach was awesome. The dealership was suppose to close at 6pm that Friday but Zach stayed and worked with me. I can honestly say at 730 pm when I left, I left with a new car. I appreciate everthing the folks at Serpentini did for me and now they have a customer for life. Thanks again. I would recommand Serpentini to everyone looking for a new vehicle.
