i went to the dealership looking for a specific used vehicle that they had listed. When I got there, I was met immediately by a salesman who went and got s Steve. My experience was great with Eric. I went in looking at a used silverado in which he told me the entire truth about the vehical, in which I decided it was not the vehical for me. Sadly, there were very few that we would actually do business with. Then we met Pete from Serpentini in Orrville. Professional, friendly, and honest are just a few words that come to mind. His priority was us finding the car we needed and being satisfied, not him getting a sale. His interaction with coworkers and other customers was positive and friendly. We met others at the dealership also who were friendly and didn't act as if you were invisible just because you already had a salesperson. The car we bought was used but feels and looks like a new car (one of the cleanest I've ever bought). They set the bar of excellence high. We are Ford people who buy Ford products whenever possible, especially new. However, next time I am in the market for a new car I would definitely consider Serpentini of Orrville for my purchase.
