Had my first purchase experience with Chris Atkins four years ago when I leased my 2008 Malibu. Purchased a 2006 Cobalt from him two weeks prior. Completely redesigned, both inside and out. Jonathan took the time to explain all of the car's new features - even if it was after 9:00 p.m. that night. The truck I bought from Serpentini Chevrolet was one that I saw on line. I made the deal over the phone with Jonathan Conley, who explained the history and condition of the truck in accurate detail, not ove I saw on line. I drove 250 miles from Waterford Michigan to buy this truck. I saw the pictures of the dealership online and thought that it didn't look like the big modern ones I'm used to seeing , but Orrville is a rural town. Well when i got there and went inside I was taken back by how busy this dealership was, it seemed as though folks where lined up to buy cars there. Jonathan was ready for us and brought the truck around for us to drive. it was cleaned, prepped and better than I had expected. Everyone we dealt with at Serpentini's was very friendly and made us feel welcome and appreciated, it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership and I'm in my 60's. I don't know if I'll ever need another truck, but if I do I'll be calling Jonathan first. The price, honesty, and professionalism of the people at Serpentini made the long drive more than worth it. In apperication of my purchasing a car on March 13th after my other car blew the motor which was bought at your dealership. The service depatment determined the oil seal let go. It had 110,00 mile. I approched the saleman who sold me the car. I had it about 8 monts. I asked Ray Hawk if there was anyway he could help me out of the situation since I had bought it as is. He was in awe when I told him what happen. I was amazed, that his concerns was immdeiate & spent the next 3 hrs to put me in a car, with a reasonable payment I could afford, since I am on social security. Also made sure I had warrenty to cover any future problems. Ray Hawk, Jason Mark need a bonus for their hardwork & concern. With a Dealership like Serpentine,there is no need to go elsewhere.
