I recently purchased a new Chevy Tahoe with Floyd, and yet again, he exceeded my expectations. He was very patient for over a month before I came down and made my purchase. Throughout the entire process he was very accomodating, all the way down to driving a few hours away on his day off to get my new truck and deliver it to me at my house. If it were not for the experience and service he provides, I would never have made it down to the Orville Serpentini because there are many other dealerships that are much closer to where I live. This is the second new purchase I have made through Floyd, and I will continue to come back. More

We were treated wonderfully at our visit and were not pressured into a sale we couldn't afford. Most other dealerships we visited did not seem to have our families needs and best interest at heart. Serpentine Chevrolet/Buick and my salesperson Jonathan gave me a great buying experience. I was not sure what model I was interested in and told Jonathan what my needs and wants were and Jonathan was a gave me a great buying experience. He was so nice and patient! I ended up with a vehicle that was perfect for me and is a most satisfying purchase. I am really enjoying my new Buick Enclave! To describe my salesperson I would say he was a really nice guy who was patient, knowledgeable, honest, a no nonsence guy who was easy to talk to and helpful. He showed me how to work everything in the car and even set up my OnStar for me along with syncing my phone to the car. He also took the car to the gas station and filled it up. Working with his boss (Jason Anderson)(who wrote me a note on my offer saying they appreciated and wanted my business) (very nice and welcoming) he got me a great deal! And the paperwork was a breeze! What a nice fellow, his name was Jason Foy, he was efficient and easy to talk to and did not try to pressure me into buying things I did not want.
