Spent 7 hours there on 11. 14.25 looking for a car after ours was totaled. The car we scheduled to see was "in the shop," and we were shown another car. Ironically, it was the c 14.25 looking for a car after ours was totaled. The car we scheduled to see was "in the shop," and we were shown another car. Ironically, it was the car I was looking at, and I talked my partner into test driving it. We weren't going to buy it at first; he was set on the other car. However, after some discussions, we decided to see if we qualified, and if so, we would get it. We pointed out some issues to Harrison we wanted resolved, one being vomit. He stated the car had only been on the lot a couple of days (this morning we found out from a Facebook post, they've had this car since October 13) so they hadn't had a chance to detail it, but assured us that once we started on paperwork, "the service department would be on it like clowns in a clown car; seriously, a whole bunch of them get in there and pull everything out and get it all cleaned up." After 7 hours of back and forth, we finally signed papers and left. It was late and dark. We were hungry and tired. When we got home, something made me look, and sure as xxxx, the vomit, spilled whatever, dirt... everything was still there. But this time it was late, and I was fuming. I already left feeling something was off; this just made me have 0 trust in our salesman and this dealership. In the last 5 years, we have purchased 3 cars from 3 dealerships, and this was by far our worst experience ever. More
Although I didn't end up purchasing here, my experience was very good. They have a great inventory, are willing to let you test out anything and also make good suggestions for vehicles to try. I was greatful for Channing for helping me get my new car. At first it wasn't looking promise but he was able to work his magic and I was able to get my new SUV and make things easier not just for me but car. Had a 4:00 appointment to look at a car with intentions on buying it and brought cash. Driving an hour to get there so they said they would have it prepared. - Took an hour just to get someone to help on buying it and brought cash. Driving an hour to get there so they said they would have it prepared. - Took an hour just to get someone to help me. - Salesman brings me the wrong car to test drive. Maybe an honest mistake, not the biggest deal. - Wait another 10 or 15 minutes for him to bring the right car up. - He comes back and says “Sorry but this car has NO BRAKES, we can’t even sell it”. - So they had me book an appointment, Drive 1 Hour, Wait 1 Hour. Just for them to tell me they can’t even sell it because it isn’t drivable? Not exaggerating when I say this was the worst customer service I have ever seen. More
Serpentini Tallamdge represented itself so badly when I scheduled a test-drive. For 2 days I got multiple reminder texts & phone calls asking me to confirm my appt. & I confirmed each one. When I arrived scheduled a test-drive. For 2 days I got multiple reminder texts & phone calls asking me to confirm my appt. & I confirmed each one. When I arrived on time - they told me the CAR WASN'T READY TO TEST DRIVE. This was after finding no place to park, waiting 15min after checking in, watching employees get coffee, dancing in front of the reception desk. Finally I go up to ask when the sales rep is coming, & the guy with whom I checked in 15 min ago, just looked over at a salesman & said, "hey are you free?". Then I wait another 15 minutes for this guy to go copy my license, & come back to say, "That car's not ready to test drive; sorry." Absolute GARBAGE-SHOW at this dealership. I called the number which had just called ME that morning to confirm the appt (to which I had responded & confirmed), to relay the info & complain, and she actually offered to let me know when the car WOULD be ready to test-drive - as if I EVER would want to have anything to do with Serpentini again - NO WAY! Also, The road E Tallmadge Ave. on which the dealer's located is horrible too. The service dept supervisor of Tallamdge & the Mayor both need a swift kick in the rear end, as well as the management at this dealership. More
Jim Lucas was so nice to work with. He made everything go smooth and wasn't your typical sales person pushing things on us. We highly recommend him! He made everything go smooth and wasn't your typical sales person pushing things on us. We highly recommend him! More
What a joke, made an appointment to look at a new 2025 Equinox, I gave them the stock number I wanted, THEY called and texted me twice to make sure I was coming, I drove an hour to get there and they sold Equinox, I gave them the stock number I wanted, THEY called and texted me twice to make sure I was coming, I drove an hour to get there and they sold the car LAST Monday!! Are you kidding me?? That's how you do business? Nobody there knew what was going on or where this vehicle was. More
DO NOT DO CASH BUY. They want to take advantage of those who cannot afford, other than to finance. They are robbing you; difference is they do not hide behind a mask and gun. They have a pen, handshake and smile. I warn them not to waste my time and they did anyway, after multiple phone calls.
