I came in without an appointment for the first oil change on my 2012 GMC Acadia Denali. The staff was very accomodating and got my vehicle in for the oil change and tire rotation. I was in & out in the 45 on my 2012 GMC Acadia Denali. The staff was very accomodating and got my vehicle in for the oil change and tire rotation. The cashier was very accomodating and although the service was free a detailed receipt with the description of the work done was given to me. I used to bring both of my older cars to Dan and he always helped me to decide what was the most important things to fix and looked for ways for me to save money in doing so. I always felt like he looked out for my best interests. I purchased a new vehicle (from a relative that owns dealership) and it was a Chevy - I thought that W-M was not able to work on this, so I had been going to another dealership in town for my warranty. Recently had an emergency and called Dan at 8:00 on Monday morning and he took care of my issue and I had my vehicle back by lunchtime. Turns out they can work on Chevy's, so I will be back for my next oil change. Thanks, Dan!! More
