Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC of Nashville

Bought a new 2025 Traverse when I called OnStar they said the car was previously sold to someone else. I was told someone bought it on line then did not take it, then I was told the managers wife had drove i the car was previously sold to someone else. I ask for a different Traverse, & was told it was now a used car, 3 days later they still had not contacted ON Star. I was told they would take care of me ( I paid cash) yet all I got was a different story every time I called, & I called several times. Spoke with 3 or 4 managers and my salesman. They had my money, and all I got was the run around. They did not offer me any refund, they did tell me they had just got a traverse in on the truck & to drive back to Nashville, then 30 minutes later the salesman called & said the traverse was sold & it did not show up when he looked on his Chevy app. Now I have a car I paid for, that I have not even been able to connect with OnStar, because they say the car was sold to another person last month. Bought a used 2023 GMC 1500. It has been nothing but issues since I got it. I’ve taken it back for repairs 5 times in 60 days. The dealership has had the truck around 12 days in It has been nothing but issues since I got it. I’ve taken it back for repairs 5 times in 60 days. The dealership has had the truck around 12 days in that time. Various issues on an almost $60,000 truck. Also the tailgate started opening and I lost around $2,000 in tools. It is currently back at the dealership for more repairs. They are saying they caused these current issues but I did ask them to buy the truck back or give me a”deal” on a trade. They offered me almost $5000 less than I paid for it and $0 on movement on another truck that I liked. All this to say, anyone looking to buy from this dealership should think twice. Their after sale service isn’t great. I’ve talked to almost every manager here, only one was polite but none were willing to see this situation from my point of view. Which is I have a 60k truck that I can’t trust to take me and my family around in. Absurd, I will do whatever I am able to tell everyone I know and people I don’t know about how terrible my experience has been here. DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU LIKE A DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
