Drove 10 hours from Oklahoma City to buy a pre-owned vehicle they had. Deal had been worked over the phone. When I got there a misunderstanding was discovered that put the whole deal on hold. Then the GM and salesman Greg Mc. got together and discussed it and before I knew it they let the deal go through and even at a better price. They did nothing wrong but still apologized for MY confusion. I'm over 50 and have never dealt with a dealer staff as honorable as these guys! It's definitely not this way in Oklahoma. I love this dealership and if I need another car I swear I'll drive 10 hours to buy from them because I know I can trust them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! More

Bought a new 2025 Traverse when I called OnStar they said the car was previously sold to someone else. I was told someone bought it on line then did not take it, then I was told the managers wife had drove i the car was previously sold to someone else. I ask for a different Traverse, & was told it was now a used car, 3 days later they still had not contacted ON Star. I was told they would take care of me ( I paid cash) yet all I got was a different story every time I called, & I called several times. Spoke with 3 or 4 managers and my salesman. They had my money, and all I got was the run around. They did not offer me any refund, they did tell me they had just got a traverse in on the truck & to drive back to Nashville, then 30 minutes later the salesman called & said the traverse was sold & it did not show up when he looked on his Chevy app. Now I have a car I paid for, that I have not even been able to connect with OnStar, because they say the car was sold to another person last month. More
