We had a very positive experience with Serra GMC, especially given the difficult situation we were in. We really appreciated how promptly they assessed the situation and helped us understand our options. What stood out just as much was how fair the sales department was throughout the process. We were not walking in under ideal circumstances, and it would have been easy to feel pressured, but that was not our experience. They treated us honestly and fairly, worked with us in a way that felt reasonable, and helped us move forward without adding to the frustration. Overall, we are very grateful for how Serra GMC handled both the service side and the sales side of our experience. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and fairness made a hard situation much easier to manage, and we would absolutely recommend them to others. More
