I have many lights on my dashboard since picking up my car that were not previously on my car. I also requested wiper fluid be added, but they did not, but charged me to do the service. They ran a diagnos car that were not previously on my car. I also requested wiper fluid be added, but they did not, but charged me to do the service. They ran a diagnostic test $170.00 which I did not approve, and that is ridiculous to charge me $170.00 for that test when you required me to come in for a recall!! They could not explain anything to me due to their phones ringing in the background and nobody answering the phones! My bill was almost $600.00 to service my car!! More

Well, they left my wheel lock and put someone else’s back in my car. When I called up there to asked the guy Logan I talked to pretty much told me I was a liar and that they checked the cameras back and I di in my car. When I called up there to asked the guy Logan I talked to pretty much told me I was a liar and that they checked the cameras back and I did not have a black wheel lock then when I talk to his manager and let him know everything that was going on and that I did have black wheel locks because previously someone else lost my will locks so they replaced them with black ones well now they can’t find my wheel lock and they’re having to replace them again. But I live an hour and 10 minutes away. So now I have to find time to go up there to get them to replace that because if I have a blowout or a flat tire, I cannot change it. But it was very unprofessional of how Logan talk to me when I have been a loyal customer. Also, it seems like every time that I go up there to fix something that they said needs to be fixed. There is always something new and not what they previously told me needed to be fixed. More
