I’ve taken my car to Serra for years to have it serviced. The dealership fixed my truck in a timely manner but 3 days later I started having some of the same issues again. My husband called the dealership back and they told him that they would have to do another days later I started having some of the same issues again. My husband called the dealership back and they told him that they would have to do another diagnostic test again and charge me for whatever the problem is. Why would you charge me again if the problem wasn’t fixed in the first place. I’m VERY upset and disappointed with Serra Chevrolet More
