Very awful Was lied to when we purchased our Colorado with the transmission known defect with the fluid was told if it happened again to bring it back and they would triple flush again only to find out with the transmission known defect with the fluid was told if it happened again to bring it back and they would triple flush again only to find out they tried to say the warranty was expired was lied to after purchasing five vehicles four of them brand new will never buy a vehicle from them again I recommend you don’t use their services take your vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed they’ll just rip you off there. and to top it off was charged for a diagnostics when we took it in. I arranged with Brad Ballentine,the GM, to pick up my XT-5 with a loner vehicle in order to have the oil changed and tires rotated. The trip is approximately 150 mile roundtrip, the car was picked up in XT-5 with a loner vehicle in order to have the oil changed and tires rotated. This makes my second XT-5 through Serra of Jackson but I've had previous experience with Brad at a former employer and I could not be happier.
