No hidden fees and moderate doc fee. (I’ve never believed in them) The car I wanted was unique as I wanted a diesel Duramax and Super Cruise. I also recommend Cars.com. I looked for 6 months and the only way I’d find my car was through them. My local dealer blew me off with; those are hard to come by. More

Ok… we bought a 2013 Certified Ford Escape. Sales person said they wouldn’t sell anything that’s not road safe. Fast forward two months. Transmission completely dies. Take it to our mechanic an Sales person said they wouldn’t sell anything that’s not road safe. Fast forward two months. Transmission completely dies. Take it to our mechanic and he says it’s shot and shouldn’t have been on the road if it was certified and looked over by a mechanic. He had no skin in the game as he no longer does trans work due to supply chain issues. Took it to a transmission repair shop and he said the same thing. Obviously being disappointed I called the dealership and get the run around and they won’t do anything about it as I didn’t get the extended warranty. I left a negative review and get a call next day requesting to remove and after speaking with the manager I agreed to do so if there can be some kind of resolution. He said he would do something. I remove it and after a few phone calls, no resolution. He said to send an email so he can discuss with other managers. I do so, and now it’s over 3 weeks and haven’t heard anything back. At this point I expect them to call me with an aggressive demeanor for removal of this review and at this point no matter what they say I won’t. Very disappointed. $6,000 gone and a very sad experience for my kid on his first vehicle. More
I have been a customer of this dealership for over 10 years, Buff Whelan was absolutely hands down great at customer service. With that being said, today was my first day back into that dealership as Serra Whelan because my lease will be ending soon so made an appointment. I sit down with this sales person and barely looked at me twice while talking to me. He was the most arrogant xxxxxxx I have ever met. Didn’t even try to help. Told me the info which was absolute xx because not my first rodeo. Because I’m a woman I guess he felt the need to try to bully and intimidate me after I said thanks I’ll look elsewhere to return my lease. All you did was lose another customer to this horrible customer service u have. I know this is only 1 comment and won’t mean a single thing to your business but that’s ok. I walked away having the WORST experience of my life with a dealership in 10 minutes. Thank you sir for pointing me towards a better option! Never will be back again More

We recently bought a 2022 Malibu from this dealer Mr. Brown. We had a trade in we wanted $500 more, & he would not budge! We feel he ripped us off because he resold it for a higher top dollar price.
