Let me start by saying it’s sad that your service department doesn’t honor veterans with any veteran discounts. Now everyone knows that over 2 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change and tire department doesn’t honor veterans with any veteran discounts. I didn’t mind so much when it was $79.00, but for $146.40 dollars that’s way too long to have to wait. I would rather have an appointment and a cheaper option. You might want to consider doing that instead of wasting people time and money. I had asked Matthew to let me know what it would cost to replace the plastic cover for the jack at the rear bumper and I paid $146.40 waited over 2 hours and never got a response about the part or anything. I brought my car in for a transmission problem and was told due to the holidays it might be 2-3 weeks before they can work on it . In less than 24 hours I had a text my car was ready to pick up .
