They had my car for 3 weeks but didn't communicate at all for the first 2 weeks. I had to call them daily and they could not give me an update. Only could say a technician was assigned. I dealt with Josh C. on a used vehicle. He was great to work with! No hidden fees, no forced add-ons, no B.S.! We had plenty of time to look at the vehicle and test drive on a used vehicle.
