I guess they were pretty thorough and getting all of the things done to my vehicle that needed to be done. I know it cost me a lot of money over $3800 but I hope it did what it needed to be done and I hope things done to my vehicle that needed to be done. Let me start by saying it’s sad that your service department doesn’t honor veterans with any veteran discounts. Now everyone knows that over 2 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change and tire department doesn’t honor veterans with any veteran discounts. Now everyone knows that over 2 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t mind so much when it was $79.00, but for $146.40 dollars that’s way too long to have to wait. I would rather have an appointment and a cheaper option. You might want to consider doing that instead of wasting people time and money. I had asked Matthew to let me know what it would cost to replace the plastic cover for the jack at the rear bumper and I paid $146.40 waited over 2 hours and never got a response about the part or anything. More
