I sent my vehicle for service under factory warranty on July 1,2025. I officially got my car back fixed on Oct. 8, 2025. Within those 3 months I recieved my car twice not completely fixed. I feel as if it was rushed and fell on deaf ears on my concerns with the vehicle. The problem was eventually fixed after taking the vehicle back and not accepting it's normal operating noises per the mechanics. Jason the manager was pleasent and put me in a loaner finally after 2 months and after I brought it back for the first time. I had to get 2 different loaner vehicles before my vehicle was fixed. My issue was eventually fixed and I am pleased. More
well i took my car to get serviced then about two months later i ended up with a hole in my engine.. it took them three weeks to find me a rental. which was an inconvenience because school was was starting later i ended up with a hole in my engine.. it took them three weeks to find me a rental. which was an inconvenience because school was was starting back and i had to get back and forth to work.. and paying to get back and forth while still paying a car note while waiting on them to find a rental car is insane.. heck my new truck engine messing up on me is insane.. then it took 4 months to get my vehicle back.. waiting on a new engine.. communication mix up when they say my vehicle ready.. and it ended up being someone vehicle having came out there just to say it was a mix up.. it was alot.. but i finally have my vehicle back.. i picked it up this thursday.. I have only engaged with the service department, and my experience recently was not the best. I used Serra to perform some warranty work on my spouses vehicle. So, what I found disturbing , was that it took my vehicle in on a Friday and was told that it would diagnose Monday,but it took over a week to get it diagnosed. Moreover, there wasn’t much communication between me and my service advisor if I didn’t initiate it. I just feel that I shouldn’t pester my advisor to get updates. I understand, this guy was new but they should have helped him to ensure that he was on top of it. More
