I have switched my service on my two Chevrolet vehicles to Jim Keras Chevrolet from Serra due to poor communication by the service writers at Serra. Serra is 1.5 miles from my home and Jim Keras is 8 miles to Jim Keras Chevrolet from Serra due to poor communication by the service writers at Serra.
