Whoever the new service manager is deserves kudos! ! I was definitely not gonna use this dealership for service anymore because of rude advisors in the past. My wife had already taken the vehicle in be ! I was definitely not gonna use this dealership for service anymore because of rude advisors in the past. My wife had already taken the vehicle in before I thought to tell her. Luckily the service manager was out on the floor & made sure our vehicle was checked in & taken back. I've purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership over the years & seen the customer service decline. After this experience we'll definitely go back to see if it continues. More
