I am a loyal Serra Customer. I have bought 3 trucks from you. Thru the years I have loyally used your service dept. I left my truck for it 5000 mile oil change, check for possibl I have bought 3 trucks from you. Thru the years I have loyally used your service dept. I left my truck for it 5000 mile oil change, check for possible oil leak, and to check out my AC unit. Told I could not get that done in one day, which I was good with . No sooner than I had left I was contacted by my service advisor that my TPMS units needed to be replaced at a cost of $800 for 4 units. Well I looked up what those were and nearly lost all trust in you. I constantly monitored my tire pressure and the sensors are working and working correctly. I have heard horror stories from friends about Serra’s service dept. and I feel I almost became victim of you. I finally heard from another service tech on what work was recommended on my truck as well as the AC. I okayed that and was told that they would call me Friday AM let me know if the AC had any further issues. Never heard a word not even a text. And oh you’re not even open on Saturday anymore. I finally heard something on the following Monday I called asking about it. So my truck was there from Tuesday to the following Monday. So you now understand my poor rating and almost loss of loyalty. More
We won't be coming back to this dealership for sales or service. We have an auto code reader and told them what it said the problem was. After having my car for 5 days instead of 3, they finally called to service. We have an auto code reader and told them what it said the problem was. After having my car for 5 days instead of 3, they finally called to say l needed a new engine, that l had NO oil on my dipstick, so l told them to get it ready for us to pick it up. Thirty minutes later when we arrived the paperwork was still unfinished. After another 20 minutes, we paid $250 to reclaim the car. My husband checked the oil, and it needed 1 quart out of 5 that it holds! We felt like they just didn't want to have to do the required work on the camshaft chain to replace it. Very disappointed in this Chevy dealers service. More
