While taking care of me it was apparent that he also had the dealers best interest in mind, this tells me he's a real professional. Dominic provided a no pressure and enjoyable car buying expe I've visited four different dealers before coming to Al erra Chevrolet of Southfield. Heck, o even was on the verge of a purchase at another dealer b I've visited four different dealers before coming to Al erra Chevrolet of Southfield. Heck, o even was on the verge of a purchase at another dealer before becoming fed up with the pressure of the sales staff and finding out that my deal was nowhere as good as they had made it sound. They had "included" warranties in our deal without explaining that they were going to charge me for them, and had them conveniently listed at the end of the financing summary. Dealing with Dominic was the complete opposite and was a pleasure. He was calm and relaxed about the whole sale. I never felt pressured and he explained every step of the process and every sheet of paper he handed to me. As o told him, it is rare that I walk into a dealer and make a deal the same day. But with Dominic, I felt confident of my purchase and had no worry that there was anything shady being pulled. Dominic has a wonderful personality and I'd be happy to send any of my family and friends to see him and the Al Serra crew. Vincent was responsive to my opinions with extra warranties and never pushed anything if I had no interest in it, which is also quite rare in the car sales world it seems. Al serra's staff have yet to let me down and they continue to be my go to for sales and service. I wish I could tell the owner just how much I enjoy my visits and how proud he should be of his staff. More
