Service is awful and they do half a** job on everything Don't even know where to begin. Let's just say after 3 weeks of being in the shop to fix a leak in the roof and for them to check out the transmission Don't even know where to begin. Let's just say after 3 weeks of being in the shop to fix a leak in the roof and for them to check out the transmission. They have replaced the headliner and the antenna and ended up removing the transmission without telling us first and replaced several parts. We never got a call letting us know about anything until we called and left several messages. I picked the car up and it was very nasty (grease prints everywhere and water stains in my seat from the leak) and several things were still wrong with it. I took it back for them to detail and they scratched my paneling trying to get glue off of it (took it back and they are replacing it) and still never cleaned all the greasy finger prints off my new headliner and visors. And now there is a rattling noise coming from God knows where and my hands free mic sounds like I'm in a box. Needless to say my husband will be taking it back again when he gets back in town. And once all of this is fixed we will never take it there again nor will we ever purchase another car from this dealership. More
Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing Went to buy a Chevy Cruze. Had my heart set on it! I found the car and told some guy walking by that I wanted this car. After 3 hours of negotiating, and repeatedly telling them I had just so much budgeted per month for a car, they told me someone would have to sign with me. OK. I've done that for my kids...no problem, Daughter did it for me. NOW THE PROBLEM!!! They kept telling me that it didn't matter who's name was first, I was paying the car. WELL that's not so. Went to buy tags and was told that my daughter was the first on papers so it was her car. Went back to dealership and told them I needed this to be fixed and the Sales Manager Brandon got ticked off . Told me they couldn't do anything to help me. Said to him "Guess I'll just return the car ". And he said hatefully, " No we don't take back...we repro". I will never buy from here again. More
TWO WORDS----NEVER AGAIN The service department is crap. If they say I'll call you, they won't. If they say I'll have it ready tomorrow, they won't. This is no way to do business but I guess it works for Serra because they have been there a long time. They just will not get my money in the service department or from the showroom floor. More

Mislead and Confused I went to purchase a car from Serra Chevrolet Centerpoint Parkway and my experience was awful. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a car from this company. I went there 3 days in a row and sat there waiting to get approved for hours every night until they closed, then I finally get approved so they say for a vehicle after going through deveral of those as well. The vehicle was not on the primis and they could not locate it. After a wait and them looking for the vehicle I was informed that it was driven home by an office associate and it would be back on Monday, okay so I waited until monday and was called and informed that the car was located and everything was done I could come in after work and sign the papers. After arriving there I waited about 4 hours for them to tell me when i got ready to test drive the car that I needed 500.00 more dollars down. I was furious!!!!! so i told them that I was not informed that informaion all day and Im sure that they new that before now and I was not paying any extra money. They went through some hoops and said they had everything worked out and that I would be able to get the car with the 1000 down and allowed me to sit in the finance offfice sign papers and leave with the vehecle. I was asked to bring in another form for proof of residence and I did that the next day and needed to speak with the finace person again. I had to wait on him that day for about 3 hours before he was ready to speak with me, when I was told it would only be 10 mins. Upon speaking with him after the three hour wait I was told that the deal did not fund and that I would have to leave the car. I was furous!!!!!! yet again. I asked to speak with the manager who was very rude he is not a good manager and should not be allowed to manage a dog let alog people. He was suppose to deescelcte the issue but instead he escalated it to 10000. They called the police on me and everything because they had my money and i would not relinquish their keys. Needless to say I contatced my lawyer and we had some negotiations and they were able to get the deal to fund the nex day and I again signed more paper work to purchase the car. After having the car for almost 3 weeks I was contacted that i needed to return the car due to my employment not being able to be verified. What!!!!!!! at this point i was feed up with them as a company I then requested my money back so that I would take my business else were. I was informed that I needed to return their car by 630 or they would make me pay renatal and or set it up for reposession. At this point I was again Heated You dont have my check put you want your car when I got your car you got your check. I was confused shouldn't have been the same way. Needless to say the staff is unknowledgeable and the management and staff are very unprofessional. PLEASE BE WARE !!!!!!!! DONT USE THEM TO PURCHASE A CAR More

I had to get my ignition key rotation done I was in and out real fast. The service was good, it didn't take long at all they about the ignitation key rotation, and it would do if not fix.I wou I was in and out real fast.
