Terrible experience. Had to call the service department 6 times for the status of my vehicle with no communication whatsoever. If you buy the warranty they offer at the time of purchase, you not only have to pay the deductible in the policy, but also exorbitant additional service fees. More

Service person spilled oil on engine and said he thought it would be fine but must not have driven cause when I picked up car to drive home , heavy gray smoke came out of back pipe and car would stall and it would be fine but must not have driven cause when I picked up car to drive home , heavy gray smoke came out of back pipe and car would stall and stop running . It took several tries but I was finally able to return to dealer . Annalise was my customer service person who was concerned for me and drove the car and experienced the same problem. It seems very dangerous that your service dept would release a car without driving it , knowing about the oil spill . Annalise had her Mgr look at the car and he had the Mgr of the service area examine engine , that’s when error was discovered . It was decided to leave car overnight to clean engine . I was given a loaner car and my car was ready around noon the next day .Engine had been cleaned as well as the outside . My first service done since I bought car and it was at no charge but I feel this was not acceptable. Annalise and her Mgr were nice and showed concern for me . The area that changed the oil and made the mistake should make sure that there is more quality control in the future . More
