I leased a 2025 Jeep Wrangler from Serra dealership in Feb and in June received engine hot temp notification on display. Took Jeep in asap. Jeep needs new engine. It's been 45 days and still don't have my Feb and in June received engine hot temp notification on display. Took Jeep in asap. Jeep needs new engine. It's been 45 days and still don't have my Jeep back. Dealership will not lease me a different Jeep Wrangler... WTH??? I have to deal with this and wait for my Jeep to be repaired. Dealership provided me a loaner and while driving I got a chip/crack in window. Now I have to pay for windshield replacement in loaner. I have been chasing service techs, Stellantis customer care case manager and finance manager at Serra for answers. Does this make sense? I will NEVER do business with Serra or Stellantis again.
