My breaks were having an issue and I just drive it up there with no appointment. They took it in and called the next day with the issue and a technician stayed late to fix it as we were leaving for up no there with no appointment. I had my Ram truck serviced for an oil change and tire rotation today. I was promptly greeted by Rob Laird. The express lane was farily busy when I arrived, but surprisingly my wait time for the work to rotation today. I was promptly greeted by Rob Laird. The express lane was farily busy when I arrived, but surprisingly my wait time for the work to be done was a lot less than the original estimate. Upon completion, Bob Lovett went over the work that was done, including the multipoint inspection. Both Rob L. and Bob L. in the service department were very courteous and helpful. My truck was washed which was an added touch to the experience I had at Milosch's Palace today. The waiting area is very nice, including a small cafe to purchase food and drinks. Complimentary popcorn (freshly made) and coffee also are available. Many thanks to the service team!! More

Tyler was amazing, they were very quick to complete my service and was able to get me out of there under 25 to 30 minutes! Waiting room and show room was very well set up and very clean!
