Great new vehicle sale experience! I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with my salesman George E, and the entire team at Milosch leasing my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. George was very flexible with my schedule and was able to help me right away. Worked through the sale process quickly with me as I was time constrained. The dealership did not haggle on the price with me and was able to get me into a Jeep GC with a great lease payment that fit my budget. The owner, Don Milosch Jr. even came to say Hello to me and thanked me for my business. Sitting there, finalizing my sale process, I was able to see how other shoppers were treated on a very busy Monday (month end) in July and must say that I was highly impressed as to how the shoppers were treated with respect and kindness. This place is a GEM and I will definitely be back to give them my business. More

He told me that it was time for a tire r The guy that checks you in at the oil change lane is not a good representative for the face of a dealership. He told me that it was time for a tire rotation and when I said I don't need a rotation as I just had 4 new tires put on (at this dealership no less) he paused in disgust for about 5 seconds like he was put out that I was not getting a tire rotation! He has always had an Smart A-- attitude when I have been in there before, but I have overlooked it. Will not go back to this dealer ever as they all have a SMUG attitude in there and I won't put up with it anymore. I will travel north to Jim Riehl or to Rochester. More

I like the sheet they gave me showing all the checks they did, very extensive (brake check with dimensions on how much is left, all fluids, etc) and most importantly it was affordable. Last 20 years my husband has done most of our service since the dealerships are usually outrageous $$ ... I will be returning to this dealership for all my oil changes and tire rotations and whatever else I may need for my Grand Cherokee. There is a much closer dealership to my home but I prefer Palace Milosch. More

We looked at several vehicles in several colors and prices before settling on a Demo 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited X model. Karri-Anne took the time and had the patience to show us and provide test drives for vehicles over a two day period. During this entire process we were not 100% sure about the purchase at this time versus a later date. Since we are both retired career Ford employees, Karri-Anne had no reason to believe that we would consider a non-Ford purchase at this time, yet she spent considerable time educating us about the Jeep Grand Cherokee and its various models and options. We have had our vehicle for a few days and are sure we made the correct decision, thanks to Karri-Anne. More

Rob was very sympathetic to my vehicle problem and even though I did not have an appointment, Rob was able to get my car in for service and repaired that same evening. Great Customer Service My check engine light came on so I took the car in to service. Patrick graciously checked the code and found that it was the same code as a previous p My check engine light came on so I took the car in to service. Patrick graciously checked the code and found that it was the same code as a previous problem. They did not charge me to look into what was causing the problem and found that a factory recall had just gone into effect. Patrick made sure that was taken care of as well so I didn't have to come back. I appreciate when a business realizes my time is as valuable as theirs! More
