I had 2 oil changes last Friday. Both listed the same oil filter and oil (same amount). The 2nd one cost $20.00 more a couple of hours after the 1st one. I mentioned on my way out that I would not be back. Before I got home I had a message on my phone, saying that a mistake had been made. They offered a free oil change on my next visit. I'm considering purchasing a new vehicle to replace that one, so I'll probably never use their offer. I'm a Chrysler retiree and am considering purchasing a non-Chrysler product due to poor customer relations, especially at this dealership. Last year they wanted me to leave my car for 3 days to replace the battery. I went somewhere else and it was replaced while I waited, which what I expected. More
