I first sat down at a service desk for what seems like at least a half hour before the woman looked up and said I was going to have to talk to someone else. Waited another 15 minutes before another service agent took my report of problems with my new car. He did not understand what I was reporting so we ended up going to the service manager who said he would send it to stars and report back to me. I've heard nothing yet. Sales department was very good recommend salesman Harry. service is looking suspect. More
