Took my jeep in on Monday. I asked what the turn around was. She said it’ll take 24 to 48 hrs to look at your car. So, after 48 hrs I called. She said it was near the top of the queue, but hadn’t been seen yet. So, after another 24 hrs I checked again. Was told it was being diagnosed. Next day: being diagnosed. Next day: being diagnosed. They had it for a week and never looked at it. Picked it up with nothing done. I guess this is what I should have expected when it smelled of weed stronger than a frat house when I got there. (Both times) If you have 200 cars in front of me, maybe don’t tell me 24 to 48 hrs… More

Time after time a level of customer service and communication that is terrible for any industry let alone one that has such an impact on ones daily life. Any communication at all has to be customer communication that is terrible for any industry let alone one that has such an impact on ones daily life. Any communication at all has to be customer driven and initiate which has about a 90% rate of dishonesty with the answers. Even after clearly stating all i want to know is what is going on still lies. More
