Took my jeep in on Monday. I asked what the turn around was. She said it’ll take 24 to 48 hrs to look at your car. So, after 48 hrs I called. She said it was near the top of the queue, but hadn’t been seen yet. So, after another 24 hrs I checked again. Was told it was being diagnosed. Next day: being diagnosed. Next day: being diagnosed. They had it for a week and never looked at it. Picked it up with nothing done. I guess this is what I should have expected when it smelled of weed stronger than a frat house when I got there. (Both times) If you have 200 cars in front of me, maybe don’t tell me 24 to 48 hrs… More
