This dealership has been the worst experience I’ve had in 35 years of leasing new cars. I recently leased a brand-new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid from them. After just a few days of driving, I noticed a 35 years of leasing new cars. I recently leased a brand-new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid from them. After just a few days of driving, I noticed a serious issue with the air conditioning—it doesn’t cool the car properly, even when it’s on full blast. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership two weeks after the lease began to have it inspected. They told me there was nothing wrong with it and that there was nothing they could do. So now I’m stuck with a vehicle that doesn’t work as it should, and if I want to get out of the lease, I’d have to pay $3,500 out of pocket. I’ve been leasing new vehicles for over three decades, and this is by far the worst car and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced—from both Chrysler and this dealership. Extremely disappointed. More

Took my jeep in on Monday. I asked what the turn around was. She said it’ll take 24 to 48 hrs to look at your car. So, after 48 hrs I called. She said it was near the top of the queue, but hadn’t been seen yet. So, after another 24 hrs I checked again. Was told it was being diagnosed. Next day: being diagnosed. Next day: being diagnosed. They had it for a week and never looked at it. Picked it up with nothing done. I guess this is what I should have expected when it smelled of weed stronger than a frat house when I got there. (Both times) If you have 200 cars in front of me, maybe don’t tell me 24 to 48 hrs… More
