Stay far away from this dealership and manager Jim Gentry in the service department. I Brought my 2018 jeep diesel in for a tire rotation, oil change and brake inspection at 9am. Set up my appointment 3 week in the service department. I Brought my 2018 jeep diesel in for a tire rotation, oil change and brake inspection at 9am. Set up my appointment 3 weeks before. I ended up hitching a ride at 6pm to find out truck was done ,no tire rotation, no recalls fixed, no transfer flush and brakes are fine . But I did get a $200 oil change all in 9 hours. I guess they are too busy to pick up a phone and call customers, they seem to think this is quality service , I beg to differ More
