Had my son car towed there. Advisor Brian had informed me that it was going to take two weeks for them to look at it regarding the transmission. He also informed that all the dealerships were the same. I had that it was going to take two weeks for them to look at it regarding the transmission. He also informed that all the dealerships were the same. I had my son car towed to another Ford dealership, they had his car fixed within one hour, they were sincere, very nice, offered same day loaner. Nothing like Tom Holzer Ford. Brian asked if we just had the one car? What does that matter? He wasn't willing to assist us. Glad that we left and got service somewhere else where people actually take pride in what they do. Hands down to this dealership. More

Purchased a certified used vehicle. The car did not have some of the features salesman insisted it had. Did not learn this until after purchase when their staff could not turn on features. It took three vi some of the features salesman insisted it had. Did not learn this until after purchase when their staff could not turn on features. It took three visits after purchase to belatedly complete dealer prep. Started noticing white powder like substance on car interior and dark clothes. Developed a chronic cough (long before covid) thought i was developing a lung disease, until I wasn't in my car for a few days and the coughing stopped. It did not happen when in other cars. Back in my car cough started again. Out of my car it stopped. It turns out it is the powder stuff that comes flying out of cabin vents when fan comes on. Past experience with their service which resulted in need to take previous ford to another dealership for a fix and this experience, leads me not to trust their service dept. DO NOT TRUST CERTIFIED VEHICLE STATUS AND MAKE SURE YOU SEE ALL FEATURES WORKING BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING RELATED TO PURCHASE. I had to start wearing a mask in the car long be for covid and still do. Plus there is no way to reach FOMOCO about powder. More
