I had a great experience. I live in OH about 99 miles away from Tom Holzer Ford. I visited a dealership about 4 miles from my home and did not get the service like i did from C I live in OH about 99 miles away from Tom Holzer Ford. I visited a dealership about 4 miles from my home and did not get the service like i did from Cady Smith. She went to work for me and found something i would like. She took pics of the car and texted them to me right away. She stayed in contact with me for over 2 weeks to make sure i had the right car. At closing she was very helpful at reviewing the options on the car and helped install them. I would recommend everyone I know to buy a car from Cady Smith and Tom Holzer. More
