We weren't able to agree on a price for our trade in that first night, but Cady kept in touch and answered our follow up questions via text. When we came in the next day Reggie did a great job filling in right where we left off the day before and helped make sure we were all set with a recreation passport. The receptionist helping out with the debit card reader was also super patient, and Reggie and Cady made sure that we were credited for our deposit after the sale. I’ve always let him know the price range that fits my budget and he never tries to up-sell or talk me into a more expensive lease. He has always been very responsive if I’ve ever had questions, concerns, or issues after the point of sale. I’ve also had to take cars in to the service department a few times over the years for bumper repairs after and dent removal and they’ve always done a great job. I’ve never felt like they’re trying to rip me off, they’ll walk you through your quote so you know exactly what they’re charging you for. More
