I went in turning in a lease and wanting to walk out with a car that had four wheels and could drive, only to walk out with a nicer car! Not only was it a better vehicle, it was newer and priced significantly lower than my previous car when presented to me. Cady Smith asked great questions and was able to translate my vague answers on what I wanted, all leading to a friendly and positive experience. Typically when I shop for cars I feel pressured into getting a specific vehicle, yet Cady did a great job of presenting several options and not pushing me in any single direction.
