Salesman was Fantastic! We visited another dealer before coming to Huntington. (we had a horrible experience) So...we called Huntington. Started on the phone and the salesman (Jon Maston) immediately went on a search for the vehicle we wanted. He found it. Thursday we saw it, Monday we Leased it. Jon was personable, kind and very informative. He went above and beyond. The service department was to remove a dent on the drivers door. They just did an ok job. It is still noticable and it really bugs me that all the money we put down and will pay for two years, I can still see the small dent. I don't think that is fair. "It was the best they could do". Jon noted it on the paperwork however so I won't be dinged for it at turn in. There was some paperwork issues with financing which I caught after the fact resulting in having to go back and do the paperwork all over again. The overal sales experience however, was great! Jon really cares about his cusomters. More

Scott was flawless with his knowledge and patience with me as a customer. I was all over the place and he simply answered my questions and continued to bring out the cars so I could see all the options. He was very personal and I got to know him a bit - he loves his horses and has a lot of chickens for delicious eggs! Hence the title of my review 😆 I left feeling appreciated and not like a ‘sale’.
