I purchased a vehicle that had been worked on by the dealership. Within a week I had a major oil leak, multiple seals needed to be re done, and lines needed to be replaced. Being that I was not from the area I had to take the vehicle to another ford service center and it took three weeks for me to get my vehicle back because they argued back and forth who was responsible for the cost of the fix (Ford or Dealership).
