In 1997 another dealer was disinterested in me since, I assume, because I was working with a very tight budget. Huntington Ford treated me respectfully and provided what I could afford. Service department also has been a good experience. My latest investment is a 2019 Ford Escape SE. This thing is loaded with lots of technology and my wife and I needed some tutorial, which we received plenty of. Dan, our salesman, sincerely welcomed us to contact him or to come in for any additional help that we may need. I did shop around before returning to Huntington Ford at a couple other Ford dealers and a couple of Subaru dealers. I am happy to have returned to Huntington where, for me, it feels like home. More

Several days after service, I discovered slight damage to my vehicle and decided to talk to the service manager, David Watt. I was hoping that my issue could be resolved without too much difficulty. To my surprise and delight, I found David to be very accommodating and he immediately assured my that my problem would be handled promptly and to my satisfaction. He was right and my problem was resolved. As a result of excellent service, I entered into a new lease for a F-150. It's nice to know that a dealership cares enough for their customer that they place strong emphasis on service after the sale. GWR More
