I had a flat tire when Shawn dropped it off at my work and even though it was an inconvenience to call Ford Roadside to change to the spare and take it to the nearest Ford dealership for a repair, Shawn was able to get me reimbursed for the cost of this repair and threw in a small "inconvenience bonus". Great customer service and would recommend her to any customer wanting to buy a Ford. This is my 4th Ford vehicle (2 Windstars and a Crown Victoria) and plan on staying with Ford for a long time. During typical conversation, I mentioned to Mike that I had lost my remote start keyfob on my Dodge truck. He stated they wouldnt have Dodge parts in inventory but grabbed his manager ask he walked by for suggestions. David Duncan suggested their remote start installer look at the vehicle since it was not a factory installled remote starter on this vehicle. His tech came out to the vehicle and within minutes was able to program a new keyfob to my system for a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. Well done and great job to your team. More
