He documented my requirements and then offered alternatives where possible. That made it easy for me to decide. His knowledge helped me to pick the right option. I had no bottlenecks in finalizing my decision. As a matter of fact once we agreed on the requirements the decision and purchase of the vehicle was very quick. After the sale, John was very active in helping me with installing the FordPass application. I am using it. John's manager in the sales department was also very accommodating. Though this was not the 1st deal I made with Huntington, but this was the BEST. I will identify the reasons to be politeness of employees, technical knowledge of the staff, a team-oriented approach by all, quick attendance, making sure to understand customers requirements and fulfilling them. Overall, this was my BEST experience. More

Before you know it, we were examining the beautiful white Escape, that I could not believe was not brand new.
