I have had the 2017 Escape a little over a week. This has been a great buying experience with Woody. He has been extremely kind and patient, always very responsive to my questions and calls. A car purchase is not comfortable for me, however, Woody gave me the comfort and confidence to make my decision. I will definitely make my next purchase at Huntington Ford and with Mr. Woodson. After my 2011 Escape, which I loved, was totaled I needed to make the decision of purchasing a foreign car or another American car. Jim and Eric worked hard to find a new Escape at a great price with all the features I was looking for and with Ford being the only car maker with keyless entry the decision was easy. In addition, I have used the dealership for all maintenance work, Greg Singh and Matt Weyers are great service reps that answer all questions honestly. The oil change and tire rotation is quick and they wash your car for free, The dealership is located beside a large Barnes and Nobles equipped with a Starbucks so any wait is made easier. More

Huntington Ford Our overall experience was good. Sent email 9:30am inquiring about Ford Explorer, response back within 10 minutes by phone and email. Appointment set Our overall experience was good. Sent email 9:30am inquiring about Ford Explorer, response back within 10 minutes by phone and email. Appointment set for 11:00am, test drove two Ford Explorers, made our decision on the spot. Drove home in our new used car at 4pm. Car has been great. The one problem is the car battery should have been replaced before sale. We fortunately were at home when car wouldn't start. Dealership notified came to house within two hours replaced battery. More
