I take responsibility for letting this happen because the rule "Buyer Beware" is obviously still very important in dealing with Used Car Salesmen! I got, what I consider, a fairly good price on the Santa Fe I recently bought & am very happy with the vehicle so far, but the term "Full Disclosure" is does not appear to be part of the practice here! We negotiated the price/payments with no issues, but when the paperwork was finalized & written up, the Warranty I was told I got with the vehicle ends up costing almost $3,000! Not to mention the $700 DOCK FEE for a USED vehicle! Again, I take responsibility for being a Sucker & expecting a full rundown of all costs, fees & add-on charges. I've had a company vehicle for the past 25 yrs, so I'm a little out of practice dealing with this, but it's still my responsibly! Anyway, my suggestion for negotiating with Serra is to go into the deal expecting to get "Screwed over", but just don't let them do it to you too! Especially dealing with the Mgr in the Truck Dept! If you decide to deal there, BUYER BEWARE! More
