I usually give a high rating but the last couple times they did not do the service I asked for. I got there first on Saturday and had talked to Amanda about ordering or making sure the new tire I needed w they did not do the service I asked for. I told Matt that I wanted a new tire put on instead he decided to patch the tire I wanted replaced. Which had been patched in February because a nail got in the tire. Just about a week ago the tire doesn’t hold the air and I was getting tired of putting air in it.He said he was saving me money. I was upset being there a hour and nothing new done. I also needed someone to check out the car because there was a rattle. He said they didn’t have the staff to do that Saturday. Whatever I am bringing my car this Wednesday to get a tire. He did absolutely nothing because on Sunday the tire was low again and message came on. I am really mad. Came there for nothing. You should let people know if something ca’t be done. More

I had an issue with my Nissan Rogue and I brought it into Parkway Nissan where I purchased my vehicle. They couldn't find anything wrong, Matt in service gave me his home number and told me if it did it agai Parkway Nissan where I purchased my vehicle. My lug nuts was very loose after I left the dealership. I couldn’t had a terrible wreck! Plus my light is on my dashboard.
