Had my tires rotated and they didn’t even screw my back passenger tire back on. It began wobbling violently so I called back. They acted like they couldn’t do anything for me at first even though I was on passenger tire back on. It began wobbling violently so I called back. They acted like they couldn’t do anything for me at first even though I was on the side of the road. This was after being told twice that the systems were down and they couldn’t service my vehicle. August 21 and again on august 25. “Sorry our systems are down. Can’t do anything”. The whole experience was poor from start to finish. There was no accountability for what happened. The man in the service area, I believe his name was Matt? Said “we replaced the lug nut and stem that was missing. They just fell off”. That’s not true. We took plenty of video for evidence. None of the lug nuts were tightened. I was screwing them with my hands. Once my wife got back to the dealer ship ( they told us they were giving us a rental until they could fix it the next morning) she was very upset. I was still on the side of the road with my 10 year old in center point. The manager, I believe his name was Eric, assigned a rep to help my wife get a rental. He had the audacity to try and sell her a vehicle in the middle of all of this. He insinuated that since the car broke down on the side of the road “maybe we should look at a new Titan”. This upset her further because all she wanted was the rental and to pick us up off the road. It was just awful through and through. Any amount of anyone trying to smooth it over just felt disingenuous. Everything was from behind a mask of professionalism without any indication anyone had any interest in trying to sympathize with our situation. Had that tire come off while my wife and kids were in the car this would’ve been much much worse. More
