(I have been a loyal Nissan customer since 2018, and I normally get my services done at Benton Nissan but decided to give this location a try bc it's closer to me) | scheduled an appointment for an oil ch normally get my services done at Benton Nissan but decided to give this location a try bc it's closer to me) | scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:30am. I arrived right on time and parked in the service bay area and no employees came to my car for over 10 minutes. I eventually got out of my car and found a female employee who told me that the male employee must have been enjoying his snack and didn't see me sitting there. She told me it would probably be an hour to hour and a half wait. It's now 1:45 pm and I am STILL here waiting on my car. No updates were given on how much longer I'd be waiting so after almost 3 hours I went and found an employee to ask.. who said "it'll be done in probably like 5 minutes" and that was 15 minutes ago. I will NOT be returning to this location. More
