I called to say I was having trouble with my car and was told by whoever to come in. Once I arrived I was told it would be a charge. I replied I didn't want to pay, the representative (Paulette) left to spe told by whoever to come in. Once I arrived I was told it would be a charge. I was furious because they performed a service on my vehicle without my consent or permission. Then told me I'd have to pay to have it put back on. There is more but that is where the issue began.
