My appointment was scheduled after being told the part was there for a recall on rear seat belts. I was told it would probably take possibly half a day. While sitting in the waiting room for about 15 minu was there for a recall on rear seat belts. I was told it would probably take possibly half a day. While sitting in the waiting room for about 15 minutes for my ride to pick me up, I was told that the part that they had in stock was not for my vehicle, so I had to make another appointment when the part came in. Took my vehicle back after the part came in and was told it would probably take a day for the repair, after not receiving a call from the service department, I called about 4:30, after finally speaking to someone, I was told that my vehicle would be ready the next day. Very inconvenient service but I was given a free oil change and tire rotation for the inconvenience. More

I brought my car in for an oil change/tire rotation, regular service and my ac was working perfectly fine. I picked my car up after work and as I was heading home, the air never got cold in my car. I brought my car back the next morning to be have the ac checked and was told that now my compressor doesn't work. I'm not happy about this at all. More

As usual Serra Nissan's service and parts departments were outstanding. I define 'outstanding' as professional people who do the job correctly, actually listen to the customer, friendly and courteous ev were outstanding. I define 'outstanding' as professional people who do the job correctly, actually listen to the customer, friendly and courteous even when they are swamped with work and honest in their evaluation of my trucks service needs. Matt, Amanda, Courtney and the actual mechanics that do the work all meet my definition of 'OUTSTANDING'. This is why I drive 30 miles to get my Frontier serviced and why I will buy another Frontier from this Dealership in the future. It is the only time in my 57 years of owning a car/truck that I look forward to specific Dealership performing the servicing of my truck and I always drive away feeling great without any stress.
