My dad brought my car in to be serviced & I didn't think I would need to look under the hood but I guess I should have because the caps were left sitting to the side under my hood. I only found this out after having a car accident where my brakes stopped working. There's no way they came off in the wreck because they twist & lock into place. I'm furious about this! Especially since I spoke to Matt & he acted as if it were impossible for them to leave the caps off! More
Took car in for scheduled recall work as well as getting a key fob programmed. Went back to pick up and was told they didn’t have the part for the recall, said they would have it in about a week and for me a key fob programmed. Went back to pick up and was told they didn’t have the part for the recall, said they would have it in about a week and for me to call back. That was over three weeks ago, I have called three times without talking to anyone in service, just goes to answering machine. I have left three messages and no one has called back. The man I talked to was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the rest programming of key has gone well. That is why I gave two stars and not one. But main reason I scheduled service was for the recall and that still has not been done and no one has returned my calls. More
