Very nice employees. Waited six and a half hours for brakes, tire rotation and affix trim. Was told after six hours that I didn’t need brakes and they did the trim and Waited six and a half hours for brakes, tire rotation and affix trim. So basically six and a half hours to put trim back on More

I gotten my oil changed and tire rotation they didn’t even put my key back to unlock my tire had to go back in get my key, I went out of town, I look in the garage I had a oil leak, I call for 2days lef even put my key back to unlock my tire had to go back in get my key, I went out of town, I look in the garage I had a oil leak, I call for 2days left voicemail never return my call , I had to get someone to taken me to work , when I gotten off work Wednesday morning, I return back to Serra Nissan , Amanda told me they had to put in a new oil pan and add oil, only thing,I got for her was , I will get a free oil change I told her I need to be honor something, because oil change I get that free anyway .
