Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, but Amy made the entire experience exciting, easy, and incredibly special. Her kindness, patience, honesty, and attention to detail were unmatched. She worked so hard for us, and when we finally picked up our van, it was even more beautiful and perfect than we had imagined! What stands out most, though, isn't even the gorgeous vehicle we drove home in—it's how we were treated throughout the process. Amy is the kind of person you hope to meet when making a big purchase. Do Not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. On 4/7/26 I purchased a motorcycle from this dealership. I paid cash for the vehicle. As of 5/12/26 I still do not have my title. I have contacted the dealership 13 times and text daily on the status. I have spoken with title clerks, managers and the GM with no luck. The local Alabama DMV states there is still a lien on the vehicle. No one calls me back. I have file a grievance with the Attorney Generals office, the BBB and channel 6 news. Again, be leery of doing business with this organization. They are terrible on communicating, give no real explanation on why I don’t have my title. More

I never felt pushed or overlooked, just supported through the whole process. And Gary in finance? This is my second time working with him, and it’s always a pleasure. He’s knowledgeable, makes everything simple, and honestly brings a level of ease (and even fun) to what can usually feel stressful. As long as I’m in Alabama, I won’t be buying a car anywhere else.
