The interest was never disclosed (23%!!!) and he refused to supply the loan documents when they were requested. This salesperson aided an abusive partner in committing financial abuse on a young lady who will now suffer years of consequences of the manipulation from both parties. I have emailed the GM John McDonald, who has not responded. Serra dealerships have been under investigation in the past for these fraudulent practices, but apparently have not learned their lesson. Find another dealership of integrity, if one exists. More
